The Clotilde Brera menu, updated every three months, features new creations inspired by seasonal changes. It reflects the style of contemporary bistros, with iconic dishes that celebrate Italian cuisine through a meticulous and attentive selection of ingredients.

Among the signature and essential dishes are the great classics of historic Milanese cuisine, such as Risotto alla Milanese and Veal Cutlet, still prepared according to traditional techniques. Ossobuco alla Milanese is offered both as a standalone dish and paired with Saffron Risotto, while classic Italian and regional dishes like Spaghetti al Pomodoro and Vitello Tonnato are reinterpreted with a creative touch yet executed to perfection.

Every season enriches the menu with fresh, high-quality ingredients, offering a burst of colors and flavors, always drawing from the best of Italian production.(Lunch available every day from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM – Dinner available from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)
